Instructions
HEAT PAN
Place your pan on medium heat. When hot, add some oil to coat the surface.
ADD DUMPLINGS
Place an even layer of frozen dumplings in pan.
Make sure there is oil on the bottom of every single dumpling.
ADD WATER
Pour in some water, enough to reach about 1/2 – 3/4 up the sides of the dumplings.
COVER AND COOK
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes on medium to high heat until the water evaporates and the dumplings are cooked through. Pan fry for another minute so that the dumplings are golden and crispy at the bottom.
Remove the dumplings and serve.
