INSTRUCTIONS
BOIL WATER
Fill a pot with 4 cm of water and bring to a boil
PREPARE
Lay down a sheet of baking paper onto your steaming tray
Place the dumplings onto your steaming tray, leaving at least 2 cm between them for room to expand
STEAM DUMPLINGS
Cover the pot and steam dumplings over boiling water and high heat for 9 minutes
ENJOY
Serve and enjoy while steaming hot! Best eaten with shredded ginger and black vinegar
