Our Story
Hey! My name is Anthony and I founded The Dumpling Company in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this is only the public face of a longer and more personal story of my family and our journey of finding our place in Australia.
Our family have been in the hospitality and food manufacturing industry for many years, from sheet metal work and building kitchen appliances, to supplying restaurants across Melbourne with quality food and products.
Most recently, our mission has not only been to deliver authentic flavours and premium products to be enjoyed in the convenience of your own home, but to recreate fond memories of family, reconnect people to their history, and educate the wider community on culture.
I started The Dumpling Company to ensure that everyone can enjoy what I enjoy on a daily basis.
